Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. Do not dispose of the box or any packaging materials until you have inspected your order and are satisfied with the products you have received.
We are confident you will be happy with your purchase. If you made your purchase directly with Hitcase on store.hitcase.com, and you are not satisfied with your purchase within 60 days of receipt, you can return it following the below procedure. Your credit card will be credited upon receipt of the returned merchandise excluding shipping costs.
- 1. Request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number by contacting Hitcase Customer Support
- 2. Package products along with a copy of the RMA form.
- 3. Write the RMA number on the outside of the box and send to the address provided. Items must be returned to Hitcase within 14 days of issuing the RMA to qualify for a refund.
Any items damaged due to reasons not covered under warranty cannot be accepted back for refund under our 60 Day Money Back Guarantee. Also, associated shipping fees are not refundable. NOTE: this guarantee only applies to orders placed on Hitcase’s webstore at store.hitcase.com.
Customers shipping internationally must clearly indicate on the outside of the package, on the description of goods in the customs form, that it contains return goods. Hitcase will not accept return packages that have import duty or tax charges applied.
A 10-25% restocking fee may be applied to returns sent with missing or damaged packaging or items not in their original condition. Up to a 50% restocking fee may be applied to any returns sent back after the 60-Day period, without a Return Authorization or shipments returned due to an invalid address, delivery refusal, or unclaimed delivery.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges and assumes responsibility for the return package insurance.
